I think that the L92 uses regular 1.7 LS1 rockers on the exhaust. So I don't see why you couldn't use the LS7 1.8s on the exhaust side. But on the intake??? But then again why? The most aggressive cam profiles are all designed for the 1.7 ratio, and not reccommended for the 1.8s. Just something to think about.

Default They won't correctly fit!

The LS7 rockers will NOT correctly fit the L92 heads! The major difference is in the distance from the rocker fulcrum to the tip. This makes sense becasue the L92 heads have a 15º valve angle and the LS7 heads have a 12º valve angle. Furthermore the pushrod side of the intake rocker puts the pushrod dangerously close to rubbing on the thru hole in the head.

Perhaps GM will make an optional 1.8 ratio rocker for the L92's in the future.

it just literally bigger than the others? i guess that makes sennse, that was wht i was thinking when sdpc said they wouldnt work but i couldnt find anything on it. is it always like that when you use different degree heads? (the shallower the angle the longer the rocker arm?)

Yes, both L92 and LS7 intake rockers are offset. It usually works out that when valve angles get rolled, the rocker arm grows to reach the rotated valve tip unless the rocker fulcrum moves as well.
