Will the new LS7 race lifter handle the Comp 977 springs?? I would like to try this combo in my LT1 if the lifter would handle the pressure. The gentleman from SDPC said they have run that lifter with a 400# spring but the 977 are 441#. Anyone tried it??

No, they have a new race lifter. There is a good post on it in the LS7 section I think. SDPC is selling them. Search for SDPC and ls7 and it should come up
