Default new LS2 motor

Would I be stupid for passing up on a brand new LS2 motor for $3500? It's a GM surplus motor. I just bought a new LS1 motor a couple months ago so I'm kinda strapped for cash....but I could make it happen if its really worth it.

What components does it include? intake, injectors, rails, TB, etc....
Sounds like a good deal no matter what but what's included will give a better idea on HOW good.

From what I understand it's complete minus harness and PCM....it has the fly by wire TB, injectors, manifold, water pump not sure about what else. I think it comes just like any other crate motor. I have not seen it in person, will be doing that next week just to verify. I was told it was listed as a 2005 SSR motor....I assume those are the aluminum blocks correct?

A new LS2 crate engine goes for $5500, so if it's complete then yes..
