i got my crank polished can i use standard bearings?

You mean the journals were polished? If so standard bearings will be fine assuming the crank journal diameter hasn't shrunk. It won't have shrunk if it's just had a simple polish but it will be much smoother to the touch.

The engine needs to be assembled and the proper clearances set.

No one can tell you what bearing to use without checking the main bores with the caps properly torqued.
