Default Effects of too much cam advance?

I have a turbo 402 w/l-92's 8.5 to 1 and have 190psi cranking compression. I think my cam is installed way too advanced. I have no power. Trying to get to the bottom of this. My cam is a 232/228 .600/.600 115+2 and idles like it is a 112 lobe sep. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks

That's the problem. The builder saids it was but I feel the evidence saids otherwise. Just was wondering how it would react.

Installing it advance will pull down the power band, Retarding the installation will move the power band up. But, it will still makes power! Typically I see about 300 rpm shift at 4 degrees.
