Default 6.2 stroker build it or not

i got a 6.2 engine i was planning on building for my 2002 4link trans am. ive heard mixed reviews on it. i was planning on going with a 4.000 or 4.125 stroke 14.1 to 15.1 compression range getting the heads ported a little with a solid roller and carb style intake with wilson setup on top. what u guys think give me some ideas on what to do.

LME built me a 416 (4.07 bore and 4.0 stroke) 6.2 block L92 with 11.8 compression. It should be finished up this weekend in my C5. I know it'snot an all out drag motor as you looking for, but then Shirl had his 430ish ci 6.2 blocked L92 also

I don't see any reason not to. We are building a 416 right now for a customers CTS-V. Have a good set of inexpensive CNC L92 heads that flow 365 cfm! Pretty hard combo to beat for the money.
