Default L92 vs LS3 valves

Are the LS3 valves isdentical in size to the L92 valves, and is the LS3 Intake a hollow stem design capable of 8000 RPM? Is the LS3 exhaust sodium filled?
Would these be the valves of choice to use with the 88958606 GMPP racing cam ? If not which valves (GM or aftermarket) would one use on the L92 Head for high RPM use with the above listed cam.

Thanks

Give Richard a call, at West Coast Cylinder Heads (forum sponsor). Depending upon your intended application, he should be able to hook you up with a good aftermarket valve. I know the L92 REV intake valve only weighs about 1 gram more than a stock L92 intake valve, plus the REV valves are stainless and affordably priced.

Just out of curiosity, what kind or RPM are you talking about here?

8000 RPM If the rev valve is heavier than a stock solid L92 valve it wouldn't work. Hollow stem valves are generally limited to 8000. I think that the LS3 valves are hollow stem and the correct size but I haven't been able to confirm it.

The LS3 valves are a hollow stem 3-piece design.
My builder discouraged the use of these for higher spring pressure
applications like mine.
I suppose on a cam with mild lobes they would be OK, but with
your 8k rev limit, durability might be a problem.
