First time posting in, searched for info but did not find what I needed.

I have seen some of these come up for sale and wondered what experience people have had with them.
I am getting PP LS6 Stage 3 heads from a member here and have an LSK lobed cam to put in a 408 iron block.
I am interested in a durable roller tipped rocker set up but was curious about the increased inertia from the adjuster on the rocker, as well as if the arms are pressure oiled on the shaft, bushed or needle bearings, etc.
Will I need a totally different length pushrod?
