Default Upgrading my heads

I have a pair of PRC 243 casting heads and I was thinking of upgrading the valves. The intake I'd like it to be 2.080 and the exhaust to be 1.600. The camshaft that I'm going to be running is MS4 239/242, .649"/.609" 112LSA.

It's a 364 ci LS2, maybe I'm over doing it? My goal is to use 300 shot of NoS with it.

P.S. What would be a good stall speed for a stall converter.

Ok, that sounds good to me. I figured with the big cam it would not hurt having bigger valves.
