Default Some questions about LS2403

I recently purchased a LS2 403. It came with a Comp cam already installed. Here are the specs. 248/252 .615/.612 on a 112 LSA. Cam card says it was retarded .5 to make it a 111.5. My question is, how hard will this cam be to tune, and how well will it drive. Car is mostly a weekend toy, but mostly street and not alot of strip. Also The pistons are a -3cc valve releif. If I run my stock 241 heads with a .51 head gasket will I have any PV contact?

Since you have a M6 I don't think it will be difficult. Lots of idle timing ~24* and 1000 rpm and all normal stuff.

I ran a similar cam (in the process of switching now) and it was a good streetable cam. Tuning will be pretty straightforward with an experienced tuner and M6. PTV clearance should always be measured, but with -3cc valve relief and .051 head gaskets you shouldn't have a problem. I ran a .040 head gaskets and no problem.
