Default Cometic LS1 head gasket on LS2 block doesn't look right - pics

I finally got my heads back and had the gaskets ordered and delivered. I was prepping things and ready to install the heads. I put the gaskets on and noticed the coolant ports don't match, at all. I went on Cometic's site and found a drawing of the gasket and the ones I have match the drawing. The drawing states for LS1/LS6 5.7L & LS2 6.0L. The part numbers I have match for .030" thick. The docs tell me it's ok, but my brain won't. Any idea?

I think they are correct, but it doesn't seem right to me.

Never mind. Doh! I had them on backwards! I'm changing this thread's title to: This is what your Cometic gaskets look like when installed backwards.

Random, but why are you running such a thin gasket? Are your pistons rather far down in the hole?
