Default Vendors, shops, and customers... who has got the L92 to start cranking like it should

I see some people having trouble with the L92 heads, not getting impressive numbers. Yet others i see getting some sick numbers like Rick at Synergy. Anone else had big numbers and area under the curve with the L92's?

Vendors and shops in particular. Who is balling with these heads, and do u have any packages?

These numbers are on a very stingy dyno and as driven on the street. No dyno tricks here. I'm not sure that this meets your "cranking like it should" but it's a great overall street drive. Power everywhere makes it drive like a BIG electric motor.

Do the L92 heads perform much better with camshafts designed specifically for those heads? From the reading i have done, it seems the valve events need to be altered due to the huge intake port on those heads. Using a camshaft meants for traditional cathedral port heads (5.3, ls6, 6.0 heads, trickflow, patriots, etc) leaves alot on the table from what i have read (and seen in peoples results).

It seems you can get good results with these heads and aftermarket cams, but to really make these heads perform the cam has to be made for these heads.

Can some of the cam guys chime in here?
What about you sponsors and shop techs? What have you found?

Below, 6.0 GTO with less than optimal cam.

We have a 403 L92 going together right now. Dyno results coming in late March, after we get the motor over to Germany and in the car.
We'll be using a Superflo chassis dyno, so the results should be similar to Dynojet.

Long tubes, ported intake, stock cubes, cam, L92s, UD pulley I think. Nothing special really.
Just good use of whats there.

We're coming out with our own H/C/I package very soon. We have several things in the works right now.
Cam specs arent secret, but ours will be.
