Default N/A LS2 SLP Pulley belt slip

I have been changing belts ever since I've got the SLP Pulley, it slips each time the RPM gets to 5200 on WOT. I have tried Contenental, BOSCH and finally Goodyear belts, but ended up with the same result. Is there a problem with the SLP Pulley itself? anyone had the same problem?

Note: the engine is a naturally aspirated LS2.

It should be on all the way, how can i make sure it is?

I'm not sure this has anything to do with the slip but there was an oil leak right behind the pulley and i had it fixed!

I'm betting the pulley is not on all the way. Assuming you have a stock bolt, you can tighten the one on there to spec (220ft lbs?) then throw a new stock bolt (torque to 37? look at the stickys.....)
