Default LS7 lifter pre load??

Hi Guys, i have new LS7 lifters going into my LS3 build, i have got comp cam rockers which are adjustable. My question is what sort of pre load is suitable for the new lifters. The Comp rockers are 18 TPi thread, so one turn= 0.055.
So for instance 1.5 turns= 0.083 is this about where i want to be? Thanks.

This is some information that Katech posted here concerning lifter preload:

"Typical plunger travel on Gen 3/4 lifters is 0.150 - 0.200 depending on
the manufacturer, year, etc. We recommend 0.075-0.100" from the bottom of
travel (using method 'b' described above) or 0.075 from the top of travel
(using method 'a' described above). That will generally put you close to
the middle of travel. While there are many different strategies for where
to put the plunger, for street use we strongly suggest that near the middle
of travel is the safest for durability."

I set mine at .084" using Crane rockers, 2 full turns.
