ls2 cam help

im helping my buddy put a cam in his car, and we need help picking a cam. it is a stock ls2, with stock ls6 springs. im looking for the biggest cam i can run with ls6 springs. the car is also going to be sprayed with an occasional 150 shot. also if you have a used cam, let me know how much you want

what are those good to like a 550 lift? i would upgrade the valvetrain regardless.. especially if he sprays.. miss shift? float a valve? i dont know.. better safe then sorry. patriot duals for the win!!
