Default Feeding LSx block oil from the rear plug

Do you need to do anything special or add any plugs to the LSx block if you intend on feeding your oil through the rear plug on the low driver side?

No, we did open it up and tap it to 3/8 pipe so we could use a larger feed line.

With the belt drive we had to plug the ol passage at the front of the block because of the required machining to fit the Jesel front plate.

We got those from GM Racing last year when we were using the C5R heads. Jeff Stealy had to build a 1/2" spacer to get the clearance with the rocker arms.
We now have custom Moroso Valve covers that clear the rockers. I tried to get more valve covers last year but they have been discontinued. I had another set that were needed by another group in GM.

That is the hole we're feeding the oil to the engine. I had a plug in it to prevent dirt from getting into the motor.
