Default How to read a cam card?

I have a cam card that came with my 408 engine but I have no clue on how to read this thing. Its a comp cam and here are the numbers. Any info would be appreciated. The card also has Vegeance Racing listed on the specs.
Part #54-000-11
Vengeance Racing
Grind# LS1 3730R/3655R HR112+4
GROSS VALVE LIFT .608 .596
DURATION @ .006 TAPPET LIFT 289 297
CAM INSTALLED AT 109 DEGREES
DURATION @ 0.50 240 244
LOBE LIFT .3580 .3510
LOBE SEPARATTION 112.0

From this I think the important parts is .608/.596 lift and .240/.244 duration and 112 separation. So is this my numbers or is there something else involved.
