Default Katech LT1 427 - The highest horsepower NA Gen 5 LT1 in the world. 703hp/625l

I'm pretty sure I can make that claim. If there is a higher one somebody else has done on the engine dyno please let me know.

Full specs to be released later, but here are some:
703hp/625lb-ft on 93 octane
4.070x4.100"
Callies forged crank/rods
Katech forged pistons by Mahle
Katech LT1 piston squirters
12.5:1CR for use with premium pump gas
DI
Katech AFM delete valley cover
Katech CNC ported heads
Very streetable camshaft. Same or better drivability than K501.

Two all new, not yet announced products:
Katech throttle body
Katech 4 stage dry sump system
-Manufactured exclusively for Katech by ARE.
-Features OEM internal pressure and scavenge pump plus
-2 stage external roots pump
-New pan casting with better windage control
-Screened pickup fittings
-In car mounting will vary from what is seen in the photo

cool. though, was the AFM delete necessary to use the camshaft you selected? seems like a similar engine with all the stock bits intact would be one hell of a winner these days

Yes. You're not going to want to go into ECO mode with a decent sized camshaft anyways, so we don't need it.

This is awesome. You guys always pave the way. It looks like she hadn't quite peaked for power yet. What's driving the decision for a 6800 RPM rev limit?

Very impressive.

Lots of headaches keeping the oil squirters away from the roating assembly?

We have our own squirter for long stroke applications on the LS7. We made some design changes to that so they now also fit the LT1.
