ERL is said to be working on this and will have it available soon.

ERL can do dry sleeves now. Only the prototype 6-bolt Superdeck has been done.
Production Billet main caps, rails, etc. for the Superdeck 6-bolt are in production, so it's a little ways out.

I just finished the second Gen V I have resleeved using Darton Seal Tight LS7 dry liners this afternoon. The first was done back in Dec. and is running fine with boost. No leaks.

The sleeve flange is exposed to the water jacket, similar to the Subaru EJ25 sleeves I designed for Darton. No problems with leaks on those either and I have done dozens of those jobs.

I do put a thin coat of Loctite flange sealer at the exposed areas of the Gen V block as insurance and highly recommend three of the GM coolant sealant tablets in the radiator which is recommended on any sleeved block, GM or not.

Bore size range is 4.125" to 4.185" normally aspirated. Boost or nitrous 4.155" max. bore.

The Gen V has 12 mm head bolts so there is really no need for the extra bolt holes.

The Dry sleeve and Superdeck 4 and 6 bolts will have all the same features and options as the LS blocks we offer except 1/2" head studs since they are 12mm to start. However, we also sourced 12mm head studs with increased thread engagement in the Block, since the current offering wasn't as much as desired in an aluminum block.
As I mentioned previously the Superdeck blocks also gets doweled billet main caps with ARP main studs, the 6-bolt option, the patented truss design to stiffen the block and uses a much heavier sleeve than the dry sleeve for extreme applications.
There are aftermarket 6-bolt heads in the works already since just as the LS was pushed past the 4-bolt limit even with 1/2" head studs the LT1 will rapidly follow.

I found some 6 bolts heads very nice ones interesting that we can start using gen V tech on gen IV engines.

I think Brodix or RHS has them advertised in magazine for a few months now.

I will be approaching 10 years on my Darton 427. Picked up a RCSB 5.3L Silverado. Would be fun to up the cubes and put some boost to it.
