Yes, definitely. To your point John, it will give people a place and something to do at night as opposed to getting kicked out of parking lot after parking lot, and racing on the street.
Even for those of us not racing, it'll give us something to watch.

It does not sound like it's gonna happen this year. Had some discussions about it.
On a different note I also asked about setting up a sanctioned meeting place after hours, and they were looking into it. Like a lot we'd have permission to use.
