Default PT Prep. What to carry etc.

Just wondering what everyone is taking, besides the normal clothes, sunscreen, drinks, etc..
-tire plug kit
-tools
-extra set of plugs...just in case
-octane booster <---for those hick towns with low octane fuel
-cell phone charger and cell phone
-map
-lugwrench
-fixaflat
-police scanner(heard on hotrod.com)
-bug repelant
-tools (ideas?

I'm trying to get everything line out right now, just gotta find the hotel reservations to map out some directions too....

Try to keep this on topic man. I'm honestly trying to figure out a few things I might need to take.

I'm going to try to find a few extra springs and pushrods to take too....... dunno how that will turnout though

ok I'll be serious. If I were doing the whole tour I would take the following:


I would take some tools (sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers and other things like that)
Spark plugs and wires
Make sure your spare is good and has air in it
map
flashlight


I'm sure you thought of all of that but if I come up with more I'll list them

oh thats a definate.

I'll be packin all of my microfibers, bunch of QD, mitts, shine, etc etc.

Its going to be raining to day so it looks, but I'll be buffing and polishing wheels really nice this weekend.

Definately get your tires balanced and an alignment before you go if you haven't had it done in a while.

have that schedualed for wed or thursday morning.

Im putin a set of eibachs on tuesday night, and then will have them all balanced again
I had the fronts ballanced 2 weeks ago, and didnt do the backs b/c they felt good so i rotated and now i have to do the fronts, just going to have them do all 4, and the alignment --- if they can get it on the rack..
