2006 Hot Rod Power Tour I just registered for the Hot Rod Power Tour for 2006. It starts 6/3/06 in Kissimmee,FL and ends up at Englishtown, NJ on the 6/9/06. Is anybody going to join me on the tour? Below is the link to register and the link for the hotels.

Hi Fella's,
I just registered this evening. I took a look at the hotel prices registration site....no thanks. I booked all of my stays at the Hampton Inn using my AAA card or government rate, whichever was lower. Spent the last five hours booking rooms. I may not be right next to the venue, but saved some money.
This is my first Power Tour so I am open to opinions and feedback. Figured I would go all out the first time an join the Long Haul Gang.
Break some ice here....
I am 36 years old, live in Newport News, Va. Active military (USN). Chief Petty Officer.The wife and I will be driven the '99 Z28.
I am looking forward to meeting you guys.

Hmmm I would love to go but people at work are sometimes a pain to deal with when it comes to taking leave. Yup you guessed it Military guy (USN). Where all does the tour run through? I have never been on one and am very interested.

I hope to have the black car runnin by the end of January. If I can get it going, I'll see ya on the long haul. Otherwise I'll just see ya in Columbia. Its right down the road from me. =)
