Default Got my car today!

Two big SCRATCHES at the front bottom from them loading/unloading it to the trailer. Mthrfcker! How do they not figure this out? Hmmm, low height car need better ramp to load it on the trailer... I didn't see it when I was inspecting it prior to driving it off from their yard. Sigh!

Someone will PAY!!

Someone drove my car for 30 miles in between shipment?! On the top of it, I found a retard weld patch on my exhaust where apparently someone put a big hole and a nice dent. Furthermore, my new front passenger tire has a nice gash/puncture.

Looks like someone has been joy riding my car.

Same **** happened to me, go back and they will write you a check then and there.

My alarm was gone, mileage was added, and my front bumper was ripped. I got a healthy $550 check, but its damn near ******* impossible to get anything new out there on an F-Body.

I have yet to this day gone out and gotten my alarm fixed. Those shippers suck *** big time....

Bet their asses, they will. I have already came back there this morning and told them the damages. Honestly those guys don't seem to care as they didn't even inspect them. I could've told them that my engine is fuxored and they'd tell me to get a quote.

So far the two body shops have told me said it would "atleast" be £ 1K.

They should have fun finding stainless steel bassani true duals in UK and General tire.

******! I'm glad my car was in one piece when it was imported from the US! But when I went to pick it up we checked it over at the dealer, then when we went to leave the guy took it out the garage & parked it with the rear up against a rose bush! put a nice scratch in the spoiler which we didn't notice till after we drove it home half way up the country.

Yes, try and use it to your advantage as much as possible. Its a shitty situation, but make lemonade with lemons.

My car was nothing to look at it when I got it, but I used them for extra project money. I ended up using the money for paint and supplies. Sure, it cost me some more time in the end having to do the body work on the bumper, but I'm pretty happy with the end result.

Before paint, you can see the rip on the bottom driver side:

And after:

Well I got from 1K quid to 1200 quid in quotes. I'd like to see them pay that much to get my car fix.

I'll have to give AAL a few before and after pictures w/ my claim.

wtf someone would get murdered, thats ridiculas joy riding and damaging the car. mine is at below a quarter of a tank of gas. if they boost it prob will slush the gas around and the pump wont get enough fuel and it will detonate. i hope they did. then they can build me a new forged motor.

my car should be to england by the 1st of Sept. let you know how it goes....

Sorry to hear all this. I've imported cars a few times, never had such problem. I was lucky I guess.
