David (FASTFATBOY) told me about this site after I decided to power my '36 Chevy Street Rod with an LS1 motor (at least temporarily). Other than having and LS based motor in my '03 Avalanche, I know almost nothing about them. I've been into Turbo Buicks for a long time and before that it was all 1st Gen Small Blocks.

I'm here to learn. Being a Turbo guy I may eventually want to turbocharge the LS1 instead of going back to a Turbo Buick motor. We'll see!

hey what part of the coast are you from i am a lil north of gulfport ,,, i have a 64 chevelle i am startin on hopein to drop a ls in it by next year!

Glad to see some Mississippi folks on here! I think this is gonna be a steep learning curve but I'm looking forward to it. Since I already know EFI, the rest shouldn't be too tough.
