Hey everyone! I just bought an LS1 motor and 4L60E combo out of a 2000 trans am to swap into my 87 Monte Carlo SS. I'm really excited and want to learn as much as I can about these engines! Thanks for any help or advice ahead of time.

well i'd like to do the normal cam and intake swap but that's enough for me for right now, everything on this rust bucket car needs a mod or restoration but it's cool because i'm doing body work last so it's gonna be a sleeper for a while. haha currently trying to find a GN rear end for it.
