Cool 16 yr. old with an SS in MD :)

Hey all -

This past November I bought myself a 2000 Camaro SS. Its loaded - automatic, t-tops, leather

It's got 100K miles, but there isn't a mark on the car. Its basically stock, except for an SLP air lid and a shift kit.

I'm 16 and it's my first car; paid in cash myself

Anyway, I hope to be able to participate in the community.

Congrats! Good to see a hard working teen purchase a real car with a v8; not some fast and furious ricer turd box with a fart pipe hanging off the back...

Enjoy your ride and keep us posted if you perform any mods!

+1 for a 16 y/o with an ls1! I got mine just before i turned 16 and i bought it with my own money too. just be careful, think before you do something stupid and dont try and impress anyone. the car does it by itself anyway.

Congrats, just be careful, they have more power than most kids are used to and can get away from you very easy.

That is one nice car!! If I would have had a car like that at 16, I would be buying new tires all the time. Probably have a street named after me for all the contributions I made through speeding tickets, hahaha
