Default Hello

Hello all I'm new to the V8 world, I currently drive a Neon dumdumdumdum and I am looking to upgrade in a few years when I graduate from college. I'm studying Mechanical Engineering at Florida Tech in Melbourne Florida. Hopefully I'm looking into getting an FD RX7 and swapping in an LS series engine. I figured I'd start learning now that way when it comes time to doing the swap myself I'll have a lot of knowledge on it already.

Carlos

Sounds like you know what you want to do. But if you don't mind me asking, why not just buy an ls1 fbody? Any car with a swap done will never be the same as a car built from factory...

Well an FD RX7 weighs less than an F body, I like the looks of it, and for what I want to do, and road racing and auto cross it will fit the bill better.

They are very nice, I'm doing a lot of research on them and they can be tame or wild depending on how much money you have to spend lol.
