When I start the car the temp gauge slowly increases almost to the red line within about 5 minutes, then it jumps down to normal, then up, down, etc. I flushed the radiator, bled it, checked the thermostat, got a new radiator cap, the relay seems fine (other things it controls work) and the fans won't come on... They used to only when I ran the A/C, now they don't come on at all, but they do freewheel... I can't figure out what is wrong and, seeing as how I'm new to Orlando, I don't have a trusted mechanic...
