hey whats up im new here hey, my name is vince and i have a 99 camaro. it currently has a 3.8 in it, but i am looking into going ls1. i need to know what all is involved with doing this swap. parts, prices, etc.....any help would be appreciated

LS1 Swap I found my LS6 on Craigslist for $1700...did not include wiring though. Your best bet is to buy something low mileage and complete..hard to find a low mileage LS1 or LS6 anymore...try a low mileage LS2 or LS3. Resist the temptation to add speed parts early...just work on getting a complete engine and get used to that setup. You will be very happy with a stock LS2 or LS3....it responds to basic bolt ons later...good luck and welcome aboard!
