I've recently got into the craze of LS motors. I was hoping if someone could help me decide what LS motor I should get to use as my platform for a turbo engine build. I was hoping to stick with an LS1 or LS2. I'm looking to get 1200 to 1400hp. Single or twin turbo setup. Pump gas and low maintainence. This will be a street/strip motor, but mostly seeing street use. My goals are to run Low 8s to high 7s. I plan to put this in a 1979 Cutlass, backed by a built 4L80E. I dont wanna cut corners. I don't have a budget yet. Though I just need info and possibly a parts list on what I have to get or do in order to reach these goals. If anyone can help or recommend me to someone that has accomplished this with ease. I would greatly appreciate it. TY

i recommend a LS with 8 cylinders...... i find these to work the best for me! but good luck with the build.
