New guy, I may get some heck for this...
Hello everyone, first off I'd like to say I'm really into cars no matter what the make or model is. I've always been a blue oval guy, but I am here really to gain some knowledge on the gm powered cars as I don't know a whole lot about them, and it seems my town is growing more and more into the ricer seen. Thanks!

Yeah, car was mostly stock and I got the mod bug within four weeks of purchase. It's a redfire coupe. I like the sonic blue as well. Sounds like you have yourself a sweet ride from what your sig says.

Right now? 14.7psi of atmospheric pressure (nothing) lol. New motor isn't in yet. I'm finishing some blower bracket stuff and some other lose ends. You should check out my build thread in the FI forum. Theres just something about the cobra's I really like....ford hit that one right on the head. Any blowers planned? I think I also envy them because you can throw a KB or whipple on there with a fuel system and make 600rwhp easy lol

Welcome Bdubbs. A lot more people are accepting the blue oval folks because when you get down to it, it is American made and not the ricer crowd. I think the newer Shelby Cobra's are just a better car compared to the newer Camaro, in performance and style.

Hey thanks! No I haven't tracked it yet. I really need some more seat time banging through the gears even on the street. Car basically comes out a couple times a week on nicer days. I have yet to really have much fun on the street against anything else. Young kids in a slow honda and another in moms minivan, lol.

Well I made the mistake of adding pictures of my car to the gallery. I've had a couple insults, which is expected so I deleted it. Not trying to get in a ford vs chevy pissing match. That is NOT why I joined.
RedfoxGTO, Yeah theres not to many people around to play with. Have to go to some more car shows or meets!
