Default need help on size stall?

hi everyone im new to ls1tech, my names chad and ive always loved american muscle but since im new to ls1's i need some professional help on what size stall to use. the car was built for the track/street,but more for the track. im trying to get it more to street stance right now.i have a tranny guy whos ati certified and worked mainly on dirt track trannys and quarter mile trannys. he says to put a 2800 size stall in it but ive talked to texas speed and yank.they both said atleast a 3600 with a temp guage and good tranny cooler.i guess my question is what size stall do i really need to drive this car to cruise nights and maybe 60 miles away at the most and not burn up my tranny. heres a list of mods it has.any help would be much appreciated.
