New 2001 WS6 owner!
Howdy all, I have finally fulfilled the car dream and have my 2001 TA WS6 with only 20,000 miles. I have been on this site for a long time but never felt the need to register as a user b.c i never had an LS1. Just picked the car up yesterday out of Springfield, IL. Car is all black and the interior looks brand new, there is literally not a single crease in the leather not even on the drivers seat. No real mods yet, but car did come with flowmaster muffler (i know all the names "chokemaster" and so on but for now the car doesnt sound too bad and saves me some initial money until i find the perfect exhaust i like and has the basic k&n. BIggest thing too the WIFE loves it.
Anyways, i will stop rambling but just wanted to say hey and glad I finally have a real reason to be on the site besides just dreamin. To the moderators I will be sure and search for questions first before I ask.
will post pics soon when i get a dry day. go and figure the day I pick up the car it rains all the way to my garage after being 60 and sunny the last 2 days.

It absolutely killed me driving it home from buying it in the rain. This will only be a weekend and nice day car so there will be no question it will be clean at all times. Anytime it is not driven it will be tucked away in the garage. lucky to have a business car now which is why i traded in the dd for this weekend cruiser. Cant wait for the next sunny weekend to get another good cleaning and will post better pics at that time.
Thanks for the compliments. Definitely a proud owner.

It is an A4. I really wanted a M6 since it will only be a weekend car but the wife won that argument since she likes drivin fast cars too. Oh well I guess, still have my WS6.

There are a ton of mods going through my head but of course that all comes down to money. The car already has chokemaster exhaust and that will probably stay until I have the funds to do all the exhaust including hi flow cats and all. It also has a k&n filter (please dont laugh) but that is the first I would like to change maybe to an slp lid or something like that. Other than that funds will be limited for a while until headers and all that. The dream mod is a sweet lopy cam but i realize i should do some other stuff before that comes.

Mine already has almost 21,000 miles (put almost 700 on the car in the last week) b/c I dont have my business car yet which is killing me. After this week though it will strictly be a garage queen out on nice weekends. This WS6 is everything I hoped for and more.
