Hi everyone I'm new to the post, but have visited many times. I'm in MO and have a question on my ecm. I bought a motor, computer and harness out of a 2001 silverado with 5.3l. I'm putting it in a 1990 chevy silverado with a TH400. My question is has anyone had LT1SWAP.COM reprogram there computer before? West Plains is about 2 hours from me. There are a few people in town that can do it, but want $200 or more. I even had one guy tell me I had to pay $75 for a license that he said my ECM would have to have, then $125 for him to take the VATS, rear O2's, EGR, evap. ect. off. Is this high to just clear everything and not even tune it? This is my first LS swap. I had a ZZ4 with a Holley 750 in it before.
