Already Introduced. Now Member Photos Hi again, everyone. I already introduced myself but last week I took some photos of my SS. Also changed my avatar last night. Decided I would post some pics. This is not the fastest or the nicest 2000 SS around but I love it and just wanted to show it off a bit

Pictures look good! What color is that? It looks like a hoss but that was in 1999. Is it red?

Yes, the color is a bright red and except for a few nicks and some light clearcoat swirls/scratches, is in great condition. The car is bone stock now but my plans are to add Kooks headers, LS6 intake, and ATI Procharger P 1-SC1. Again, not looking for the fasted SS around just something that backs up the SS "image."

That's a really beautiful SS, man! The older I get, the more I like a completely stock-looking SS Camaro.
Have you considered installing a power antenna? They're very inexpensive and easy to wire and bolt on.

Well, I bought this car in March of this year. It belonged to a collector and had only 12,400 miles (has 15,000 now). It was kept bone stock and in a climate controlled showroom. I believe in taking car of cars but also believe that they were made to be driven and enjoyed. Am trying to keep it mostly stock but don't know how long I can hold out. lol
Thanks for the power antenna suggestion. I did think about it but never looked into what it might take to get one installed, hence the shorty antenna in the pics.

Wow, how strange! When I bought this car, I was actually looking for a white or charcoal grey SS. This red was my third favorite color. Settled on this one due to the condition and mileage. Not sorry I got red over white but every time I see a white SS, I can't help but think I should have waited to buy.
Will keep your "trade" offer in mind. lol
