new to forum. owner of 2nd ws6 trans am...need a little help hello, im new to this site. ive read alot of the post and searched a lot of the threads and there is a lot of good, and helpful information.
im located in north/central indiana. i first bought a 2000 trans am with the ram air ws6 package and 6 speed. only had it a month before someone made me an offer that i couldnt turn down. so i just purchased a 2002 ws6 ram air trans am with an auto trans.
Here is what i need help on... I need to locate or find a company who sells the "scoop" or "grill HOUSING" that is located at the front of the ram air hood scoop. i need the one on the drives side. i havent been able to find anyone who sells them and i really dont know what they are called. thanks in advance for any help.

Are you talking about the black plastic grill thing?

Can't buy OEM ones as far as I know, but there are a few aftermarket style ones available.

no the housing that those black plastic grills go into is what i need. it looks like its a seperated piece to the hood but it might be molded in or something bc i dont see any mounting screws.
