Angry Trouble getting 98 Camaro to run after engine swap.

I have a '98 Camaro Z28 6-speed that I installed a different LS1 motor than what it came with. I installed a different computer in it (for a "98 Trans Am). Before I installed the motor it ran fine on an engine run stand with a stand alone harnass. But in the car there is no fuel pump and will not start. I have EFI live. Not sure what I need to do next to get it to run. List of things that DO work: headlights & taillights. Flashers. Horn. Wipers. Brake lights. Engine sensors. Can communicate with EFI live. List of things NOT working: Dash lights. Turn signals. heater fan & air. Starter. Fuel pump.
Looking for a steering column plug wire diagram. Anyone in Madison, WI or Janesville, WI area that uses EFI Live tuner.
