New from Las Vegas
Just bought my first SS. I used to own a nice 89 IROC 350 TPI/4 spd auto, and was quite possibly the most fun I have ever had until I bought this car.
Just had my dad put it up on a trailer from back home in Sac and bring it down. When I was looking for a Camaro I knew I wanted an SS, the only problem I was running in to was: I was finding all these SS's in my price range and they were A. pretty rough or B. They wanted to high a price for the mileage on them.
Then my dad told me to check the one I paid for out. It had 45k miles on it and the guy only wanted 10.5k$ for it and it was all stock except for the SLP exhaust. I ended talking him down to a whopping 10k$ but after driving it and checking it out mechanically. I felt it was worth the money. Plus the guy was super cool and was really forthcoming about any work that he had done to it. Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase.
I dont know what I would like to do with the car as far as performance goes, so I will have to take a look at what other people have done to theirs. I will post some pictures later when I'm not on a government computer. lol
But the part about it is. Its a 6 speed manual.
