New Non LS powered Member Just singed up today. Been contemplating LS swapping my Marauder for a while now and I'm finally serious about it.
Currently it's pretty much a stock 2004 Mercury Marauder with a 4.6L DOHC with an intake, tune, exhaust, 4.10s in the rear. Car did a non impressive 275/296 to the rear wheels.
Although I am interested in the 00-02 Camaro SS I'm still loving my full frame and 4 doors. Car is 4500 so a motor with a huge TQ band and parts readily available to up the numbers will get the car moving with no problem.
I've read about the LQ9 swapped MM and would like to chat more with that owner if he's apart of this board about my options as far as which motors can I use and what's the cons of it
Looking to buy a motor ....don't have a huge budget.
