Default New but not much of a poster

Hey, so I am super new to the LS world and learning lots quickly but i thought i should make a post and become a part of the community.

Well i dont really want to share much about my project and im sure it will be frowned upon but to give you a little information i bought a junk yard LS1 out of a wrenched trans am which seemed to only have a broken valve cover. This is all i was told and i didnt know much about this style of motor so i took the guys word for it and bought it.

upon brake down i found that it was in bad shape... really bad shape... i have lots of pictures and perhaps its not as bad as i think but ill let you be the judge. after i upload them.(will post better ones tomorrow)

anyway long and the short is i need new brackets heads valves etc so i have been digging in deep in the FS threads.

Anyway Im Will i have an LS1 and a car im putting it in. nice to meet you all!
