New guy from JAX, FL LS1 Tacoma Dreamer Hey all,
So i think im almost ready to take the dive and drop some chevy power into my 1997 2wd Tacoma. I recently did a 4runner front end swap and accidentally burnt my dash and harness to **** while welding. SO....
seeing as she is at 260k miles and i dont want to dump money into an old engine and drivetrain im going to dump money into making her fast.
still in the research process but Speed Freek's 98 Tacoma build has made my mind up. i will start the build thread as soon as i get enough parts built up to start.
Here is how she sits now, I'm going to go with the 02+ 4runner bumper and haven't picked a color yet.
Also own:
2010 Jeep Wrangler
2007 Mustang GT
1997 Suzuki LS650 Bobber
