Chevy K3500

Been reading the site for some time now. Sold my 85 Iroc couple of years ago, and want another Camaro, thinking along the lines of a 2001/2002, Z28 or SS. I've drove a few and like the car. In the used car world, seen some of the problems noted on this site. I'm wondering about buying someones hotrod with higher hp. or go for a stock Z28/SS car. A friend said I should go stock. What's the feel from LS!TECH members? Like to swim everyday for exercise and walk my dog, Pete.(Llewellin Setter)
