Howdy, another Nova guy doin an LS swap After lurking for a long time, decided to join since this place is such a wealth of info.
I have a 73 Nova I am doing a complete resto on with LS1 T56 swap. I bought a 2002 Z28 Camaro as a donor car. I have a build thread over at SNS with the same user name.

Welcome!....from a fellow 3rd gen Nova owner. 
I wish I saw more '73/'74 examples on the road.

Yeah you really don't see many.
On another note, I just got done yanking the motor and tranny out of my 2002 z28 donor car. Jesus GM played a cruel trick on Gen 4 Fbody guys. Gave them an awesome drivetrain then built the car around it so working on it wouldn't be fun. Boy am I glad I don't have to put that ls1 back into that f body.
