Hi Im Shawn Ive been browsing other sites and easily decided to make LS1 Tech home. I recently purchased a 2001 Z28 pewter in color, t tops, leather, auto, loaded with 61k miles for $8k. The future plans are a 6.0 stroked to 39X or 408. With a 4L80E. I know the car was a one owner car by an older gentleman from a retirement community and traded it towards a larger suv. Not knowing if he used proper oil Im flushing the engine today and servicing it with mobil1. Not sure how long the car sat but after using some injector cleaner and doing a top end fog cleaner the car came alive. The dash has some cracking and will need to be replaced but all in all im happy with what I got for the price I paid. Thank you for taking the time to read and any feedback is welcome.
