Welcome!

the VXR8 is one sexy looking beast! I have two new gen GTO's, the American/Pontiac version of the Monaro. When you find that you want more juice to the rear tire, this is the place to ask! Lots of knowledge to be had here. I've been reading LS1Tech since the early days of the page and lots of fast cars have been showcased, and built through contacts made here. Hope you enjoy the car!

Cheers MrP. I agree on the looks, but not everyone likes them.

I am currently researching as much as I can into what the options for tuning are, would love to see 900bhp and keep it as a daily driver but that may not be realistic...

Surely that is possible. It'll be a beast on the street, and like anything else you'll probably want to upgrade the other odds and ends in the suspension/braking before stepping up the rest. There is a local who is running close to that in his daily driver. If it can be done, theres a thread here about it!

Don't want to play with the suspension too much as it has mrc dampers already. Brakes are already massive with APRacing 6pot front and 4pot rear.
