Hi Noob here. 69 c10 looking to swap a LS Hi, names Chris, live in Hawaii
Bought a 1969 C10 about a year ago. Been daily driven, but the old carb'd 350 is starting to get to me. Friend of mine who owns a auto repair shop said he's got a camaro with a vette engine in it. The guy left it 2 yrs ago and never came back. Soooo here I am
looking to get some insights about the swap.

Looks like a Great Project ! Plus you will get a GOOD chunk of change back from selling that C10 chrome Dressed 350 ! may come out ahead !Looks like that's a LS1 5.7L in the Camaro, from the cable drive throttle body, that's a great motor man, 6 bolt main with cathedral Port heads ! Unlimited Up-grades for LS motors! plus your C10 won't be so stinky (gas smell) from the carbureted 350, with the ECM Fuel injected LS1 you will be getting better gas millage AND better power ! Very cool Project !
