Installing a TOP 220/220 581/581 cam in a 2001 Silverado are the stock injectors big enough ?

You should go with 30# injectors minimum. I went to 39# injectors on my LQ4 with a similar cam, long tube headers and cold air intake and all tuned by Black Bear Performance.
