Hi all. My name is Darwin and welcome to my Mid-life crisis... Lol. I have had a life long love affair with Firebirds and Trans Am's. My first car was a 1973 Formula 400. I'm actually surprised I survived driving that car at 16 years old. After that I had a 1977 Bandit Special Edition T/A which was the first new car I owned. I have also had a 79 and 87 Firebird as well as a 81 Hurst Special Edition T/A, which my ex-wife got in the divorce in 1984. At least my oldest son has it now.

Which brings me to my "mid-life crisis". The stars aligned last week and presented me with the opportunity of my life. I basically had to replace a car that caught fire and was totaled out. I ran across a 1998 Convertible T/A in prime condition with only 84,200 miles on it. I was able to buy it for what the insurance company settled with me. I pretty guess Karma sometimes works the other way too.
