So this is my first time coming over to the gm side. I have a 2001 firebird trans am with 18k miles. Its a ws6 with a factory hurst shifter. Black on black car and completely stock. I'm looking to but some parts for the car as well. Headers, y pipe, and short shifter just to start out.

Exhaust will be personal preference of sound, cost and ground clearance.
For a shifter though I would get an MGW, there is nothing better out there.

Thanks for the those threads, they were helpful. I'll have to keep my eye out for parts on the parts classifieds.
