I'm obviously new to the forum. I have a 64 Chevy truck I'm prepping for a transplant. I have a 4.8/4L60E that I'll be using. I have an LS1 intake I plan on using instead of the truck intake. I've been accumulating parts for quite a while. All I lack at this point is the wiring harness. My motor came complete with all accessories, ecu, harness, dbw throttle body and pedal. Any links to pertinent info,or advice to prevent missteps would be appreciated. Thanks !!

Hi welcome to site, on the wiring. Lt1Swap.com has info on the wiring you can do it. He can also flash pcm for you. Since you want to use car intake you need all injectors/rails for it. On truck harness injector plug connectors are different, so you buy car ends solder them on. I would run truck intake just shave garbage off it. I done that and looks great done. Then no need for other parts. Post some picks. Oh on fuel system lot of guys using S-10 blazer tank. Fits in between rear frame rails. Cheap way to goand its out of cab.
